Protocol from FR:s tenant meeting 08-12-2024

Following Förtroenderådets annual tenant meeting, a number of decisions were reached which can be read here.

However, due to a lack of attending tenants with eligibility to vote, these decisions can not be considered decision making. Because of this, a two week grace period will follow the meeting during which all tenants at CSB can write to FR and protest the decisions.

How do you protest the decision?

• You mail your protest to styrelse@fortroenderadet.se clarifying which part of the protocol you take issue with.

• The last date to send in your protest is 30th of january. After this date, the meeting will be considered decision making and in line with Förtroenderådets statues.

After a protest has been received, an extra tenant meeting will be announced within 14 days, where all the questions of the first meeting will be revisited.
