Our goal is to make living at CSB more comfortable and entertaining.

Förtroenderådet (Council of Trustees) is a non-profit organisation consisting of tenants working for you who lives at CSB, short for Chalmers Studentbostäder (Chalmers Student apartments). As a primary tenant, you automatically become a member.

We negotiate the rents every year and have regular meetings with Chalmers Studentbostäder to discuss improvements in the living areas. We also negotiate a yearly activity grant for our members, which is used mainly to fund parties and other activities for you, the tenants.

Two times a year, usually around Mars and October, we hold tenant meetings where you get the chance to meet us in the Council, ask questions and raise concerns and suggestions regarding our operations. Sometimes representatives from CSB attend these meetings to directly answer questions from the tenants. More information about the meetings will be provided in the invitation that is sent out through e-mail at least 14 days before the set date of the meeting.

As a tenant at Chalmers Studentbostäder you have access to a variety of activity rooms that we operate. Among them are the music room, the pool (billiards) room and a party room. To get in touch, please visit the Contact page.
