Förtroenderådet bjuder nu in till hyresgästmöte för alla hyresgäster vid CSB den 25 maj kl 16:00.
Vi bjuder de som närvarar vid mötet på mat så se till att anmäla er i forumet nedan!
På mötet kommer bland annat frågor om ansvarsfrihet för 2024 års styrelse tas upp, tillsats av ny valberedning och revisionsberättelse (fullständig agenda för mötet kan hittas nedan). Du som har kontrakt vis CSB har även rätt att få din röst hör vilket kan göras genom att skicka in en motion till fr@fortroenderadet.se. Detta måste göras senast en vecka före mötesdagen.

Bakgrund:
Flera studenter har på tok för tråkigt och motionerar för lite, detta är något som allvarligt kan påverka studenternas välmående och antalet motioner vid möten. Det åligger Förtroenderådet att värna om hyresgästernas välmående. Något som skulle kunna minska studenternas uttråkan är en motionshall.

Summoning to tenants’ meeting 25-5-2025
Förtroenderådet now invites all tenant's at CSB to the annual spring tenant’s meeting on May 25th at 16:00. We will offer free food for all tenants who attend.
At the tenants' meeting, questions about discharge for the 2024 year's board, election of election committee and auditor’s report will be brought up (the complete agenda can be found below).
Of course, there will also be an opportunity for you to raise your own questions or motions. Motions must be sent in one week before the meeting (Instructions on how to raise a motion are found further down).

***** Instruction for waking up motion *******
Keep in mind that it is not enough to submit a motion to guarantee it is brought up at the meeting. Someone at the meeting should also be willing to raise the motion you submitted. Therefore, to be sure that the motion is raised, it is advisable to attend the meeting in person.

Background:
Several students don’t have the facilities to have enough fun and exercise far too little. This is something that can seriously affect the students’ well-being. It is incumbent on Förtroenderådet to safeguard the tenants’ well-being. Something that could reduce students’ boredom is a gym.
